At our Squadron Monthly Meeting on December 19, 2015 Col Pearson Knolle, Unit Leader, was presented with The Commemorative Air Force 2015 Individual Awards, Distinguished Service Award.
This award is given to individuals for their hard work, dedication and leadership in making their Units successful.

The Squadron is holding it's 8th Dinner in the series
on Thursday, February 18, 2016 ~ 6:00 to 9:00pm
on board USS Lexington Museum on the Bay.
This years event "Passing Down a Legacy of Women in Military Aviation" will Celebrate over 70 Years of Women in Military Aviation.
Our guest speakers are Linda Maloney (USN Ret.) and Captain Pam Carel USNR who will share their amazing and challenging opportunities the Navy offered them, as women, officers and aviators.

Col Pearson Knolle, Unit Leader, recently announced that Maxine Flournoy, the Squadron's namesake and longtime supporter, will start the program with remarks about her incredible lifelong experiences in aviation.
You certainly don't want to miss these three women aviators Celebrate over 70 Years of Women in Military Aviation.

3rd Coast Squadron Lands at New Home!
On Saturday, June 6, 2015 the Squadron will hold a Grand Opening of its new Squadron Hangar and Museum of Military History at the McCampbell-Porter Airport in Aransas Pass, Texas.

On March 1, 2014 the CAF presented the Squadron with
"The Commemorative Air Force Unit Letter of Commendation for 2013."
